Digital delivery, not physical shipping

Tell It in Song is delivered online as private, downloadable files. Nothing is shipped by mail, and there are no shipping or return postage charges.

Eligible issues

Contact Support within seven days if the complete song will not download, the file is corrupt, checkout was duplicated, or the complete song materially differs from the preview. We will first try to restore or replace the file and will refund the purchase when we cannot.

For a Keepsake Edition purchase, contact Support within seven days if the cover artwork or lyric video cannot be prepared in a current supported browser. We will help complete the download or refund the $30 upgrade portion when the extras cannot be delivered.

Personal taste and submitted details

Refunds are not normally available because you dislike a creative choice that was audible in the preview, or because information you submitted was incomplete or inaccurate. A completed lyric revision is also a personalized digital service and does not create a separate change-of-mind refund right. Send us the order or checkout reference and a concise description of the problem.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary and are outside our control.
