Refunds
If the song fails, we will make it right.
Because you hear the actual opening before purchase and receive a digital file immediately, change-of-mind purchases are normally final. Genuine delivery failures are different.
Eligible issues
Contact Support within seven days if the full song will not download, the unlocked file is corrupt, checkout was duplicated, or the complete track materially differs from the previewed song. We will first try to restore or replace the file and will refund the purchase when we cannot.
Personal taste and submitted details
Refunds are not normally available because you dislike a creative choice that was audible in the preview, or because information you submitted was incomplete or inaccurate. A completed lyric revision is also a personalized digital service and does not create a separate change-of-mind refund right. Send us the order or checkout reference and a concise description of the problem.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary and are outside our control.
