Tell It in Song creates an original song from the details and direction you provide. Tell It in Song is an individually operated, unincorporated service based in Canada.
Who provides the service
Tell It in Song is the operating name used for this service. It is currently operated by its individual owner and is not a corporation or a separate legal entity.
Your input
You confirm that you have permission to provide the names, memories, phrases, and other information you submit. You must not request unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Original direction
You may choose a broad genre, mood, and vocal preference. You may not request an imitation of a living artist, a cloned voice, an existing song, or copyrighted lyrics. Each song is original, but it may contain imperfections or coincidental similarities.
Delivery and permitted use
A purchase unlocks the downloadable track for personal, non-exclusive use, including sharing it with friends and family. It also includes one lyric revision, which creates a new recording and may change the melody, arrangement, or vocal delivery. The original recording is preserved. Commercial release, resale, advertising use, and representation that a named artist performed the track require separate written permission.
Service availability
We may replace a failed file or refund an eligible order, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted song completion, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device.
